I love this recipe because it’s so easy, takes no time at all and is perfect for parties and snacking.
Use dragon fruit or soft pear in place of fig.
Lay flat the prosciutto slices and apply a healthy dose of goat cheese across one end.
Add chopped figs, and law fresh arugula down on top of the goat cheese and figs. Leave some leaves sticking out the side at one end.
Roll the ingredients together, place and garnish with a flavourful olive oil and some Maldon sea salt.
