Rocky Road Cream Cheese Fudge

6 oz (180 g) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) Canadian Cream cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
4 cup (1 L) icing sugar
½ cup (125 mL) packed golden brown sugar
2 cup (500 mL) miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cup (375 mL) walnut pieces
1. Melt unsweetened chocolate; let cool slightly. Beat Canadian Cream cheese, softened and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually beat in icing sugar and brown sugar. Beat in melted chocolate. Stir in miniature marshmallows and 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) walnut pieces.
2. Press mixture into square 8-inch (20 cm) foil-lined pan. Cover and chill until set. Cut into squares.
