Ingredients

Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

g pancetta

whole garlic cloves, crushed

tsp red chili flakes

packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Directions

Step 1

In a pan heat olive oil, add pancetta, garlic cloves and chili flakes. Slow cook it until golden. Add spinach and combine. Let it reduce and allow excess water to evaporate, remove garlic cloves and serve.
