Directions for: Scrambled Eggs with Oka Cheese


8 large eggs, beaten

4 chives, snipped

1 tsp salt (5 ml)

1 tsp milk (5 ml)

1 Tbsp butter (45 ml)

¾ cup Oka cheese, grated (150 ml)


1. Mix eggs, chives, salt, and milk together in a medium bowl.

2. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and melt. Add the eggs and scramble, stirring constantly, for about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the cheese and continue to scramble until it begins to melt.
