Seared Red Snapper

Directions for: Seared Red Snapper

Ingredients

4 (3 ounce) pieces Red Snapper, skin on, scaled and pin bones removed

3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

1. Season both sides of the fish with salt and freshly ground white pepper.

2. In a large frying pan over high heat add olive oil. Carefully add cleaned fish, skin side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the skin is golden brown. Turn fish over and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
