Seaweed Salad

40 g red onion
40 g dulse
40 g nori
20 g Irish moss
10 g green onions in brine
30 g seashore plantain
30 g salicornia
30 g orach
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 pinch powdered knotted wrack
1 pinch sea salt
1. Mince the first 8 ingredients and combine them in a bowl. Add the knotted wrack, the sea salt and the red wine vinegar. Stir well.
