cup (60 mL) Asian sesame salad dressing

Tbsp (30 mL) orange juice

Tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce

Tbsp (15 mL) honey
1
Tbsp (15 mL) oil

boneless, skinless chicken thighs

cup (250 mL) UNCLE BEN'S® Wholegrain Brown Rice

Tbsp (15 mL) orange zest, finely grated
¼
cup (60 mL) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Tbsp (15 mL) sesame seeds

Step 1
Whisk the salad dressing with the orange juice, soy sauce and honey; toss with chicken. Heat the oil in a large, nonstick skillet set over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the UNCLE BEN’S® Wholegrain Brown Rice without butter. Add the orange zest and cilantro when fluffing with a fork.
Step 3
Serve the chicken thighs over the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
