cloves garlic, minced

tsp hot pepper, flakes

tsp salt

cup extra virgin olive oil

Tbsp fresh parsley, finely, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2
Spread shrimp out more or less in a single layer in a shallow 10 inch round ovenproof serving dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle shrimp evenly with garlic, hot pepper flakes and salt.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil. Bake uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring once
Step 5
Shrimp are done when pink and firm and oil is sizzling.
Step 6
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot from oven with crusty bread for mopping up the flavourful oil.
