Perfect for cold winter evenings, this warming twist on the classic toddy brings in flavours of allspice and orange. Bourbon is the classic base spirit but feel free to replace it with your favourite such as rum or brandy for a Toddy with a twist.

oz bourbon
½
oz fresh lemon juice

tsp allspice dram
½
oz orange liqueur
3
oz boiling water

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a teacup or mug and stir to combine.
Step 2
Garnish with an orange peel and cinnamon stick.
