Spiced Toast Points with Baba Ghanoush

2 slices Country Harvest Spinach and Green Pepper Veggie bread
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp ground cumin
1. Flatten bread with rolling pin or an empty wine bottle. Drizzle bread with olive oil and sprinkle each slice with garlic salt, ground cumin; season lightly with pepper. Grill in a fry pan over medium heat until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes per side. Cut into triangles.
2. Serve toast point with store-bought baba ghanoush garnished with a sprinkle of sesame oil and chopped cilantro.
