Small bocconcini balls (bite size)
Pitted Kalamata olives and their oil
cloves garlic, thinly sliced
tsp red chili pepper flakes
tsp mixed Italian dried herbs
Mix everything together and let the flavors meld for at least 30 minutes.
Keep them in a sealed container in the fridge. They taste even better the longer they marinate.
Add a handful to simple salads, pastas and pizzas and you’ll be a star.
