Spicy Meatball Sandwiches
In stove-top pot melt butter at low heat.
Add garlic and let sizzle a few minutes.
Add in this order stirring as you add: ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed, salt, lemon slices and water.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Stir in frozen meatballs.
Cover and cook over medium heat until heated through, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally
Remove lemon slices.
Split rolls, hollow out bottoms and tops, leaving edges about ½ inch thick.
Slice onions and separate into rings.
Serve hot meatball mixture in rolls.
Top with onion rings.
Pour dressing over coleslaw mix until consistency seems right.
