stalks celery chopped or sliced
1
whole orange bell pepper, chopped or sliced
2
whole yellow bell peppers, chopped or sliced
1
whole Cnglish cucumber, chopped or sliced
2
handfuls arugula
½
cup red onion sliced
5
Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1
tsp red wine vinegar
½
cup aged balsamic vinegar
1
slice lemon to garnish
1
pinch chopped fresh dill

Directions

Notes

Adjust amount of lemon juice for a more citrus taste.

Step 1

Chop or Slice all of the vegetables and mix together.

Step 2

Add the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and aged balsamic vinegar. Toss salad well.

Step 3

Add the dill and slice of lemon to garnish.
