clove garlic, chopped

oz white wine

Tbsp onion, chopped

Step 1
Rinse the fresh blue mussels in tap water.
Step 2
Place wine, garlic, onion and fresh blue mussels in saucepan, cook on high for 5-6 minutes or until mussels open.
Step 3
Pour into a large serving bowl and enjoy. Serve with melted butter (optional).
