Steamed Blue Mussels with Wine

2 lb(s) fresh cultured blue mussels
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 oz white wine
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
1. Rinse the fresh blue mussels in tap water.
2. Place wine, garlic, onion and fresh blue mussels in saucepan, cook on high for 5-6 minutes or until mussels open.
3. Pour into a large serving bowl and enjoy. Serve with melted butter (optional).
