Ingredients

¼ cup (50mL) plain low fat yogurt

2 Tbsp (30mL) Smucker’s® Simple Blends™ Summer Fruit Fruit Spread

¼ cup (50mL) fresh or frozen sliced strawberries

½ cup (125mL) milk

1 Tbsp (15mL) Oats

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Thin with additional milk if desired.
