Summer Gazpacho

Directions for: Summer Gazpacho


1 ½ cup tomato juice

1 beefsteak tomato, quartered

½ cucumber, peeled and quartered

½ onion

½ green bell pepper, cored and seeded

2 Tbsp green onions

2 Tbsp olive oil

⅛ tsp kosher salt

⅛ tsp ground black pepper

⅛ tsp hot sauce


1. Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide jar in order listed. Secure lid and select "Soup." Serve immediately or chill.
