Directions for: Sunny-Side Up Omelet


8 eggs

¼ cup milk

Italian seasonings

Salt and pepper

2 Tbsp butter

¾ cup choice of grated Canadian Cheddar cheese


1. In bowl, whisk together 4 eggs. Stir in milk and season generously with Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. Whisk again. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat, until bubbly. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook for 2 minutes.

2. Gently break 4 remaining eggs, one at a time, over omelet, without breaking the yolks. Sprinkle omelet, but not egg yolks, with Canadian Cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired firmness.

3. Cut omelet in 4, with one egg yolk per portion. Serve with fries and homemade green ketchup.
