Tahini adds an unexpected twist to a classic vanilla-based milkshake with this fun recipe from Molly Yeh.
cups vanilla ice cream
cup whole milk
tsp vanilla extract
chocolate syrup, optional
crushed chocolate cookies (homemade or store-bought)
Fresh whipped cream, for topping
Rainbow sprinkles, for topping
Recipe yields 6-8 mini milkshakes (or 4 regular-sized milkshakes)
In a blender, combine the ice cream, milk, tahini, vanilla and cinnamon and blend to combine. Pour into glasses and top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup if using, crushed cookies, whipped cream and sprinkles.
