Burgers

clove garlic, minced

red onion, minced or grated

carrots, grated

green onion, finely chopped

cup cilantro, finely chopped

inch ginger, minced

tsp lime zest

stalk lemongrass, finely chopped (optional)

Tbsp tamari or soy sauce

tsp maple syrup
Sauce
¼
cup creamy tahini or organic peanut butter

Tbsp tamari or soy sauce

tsp maple syrup

Step 1
Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Prep all veggies accordingly and mix everything except for the sauce into a bowl. Shape into burger patties.
Step 3
Oil your grill with high-heat oil, like grapeseed oil.
Step 4
Place burgers on the grill and flip once. If you insert a thermometer it should read 165ºF. This should take between 12-15 minutes total.
Step 5
Spread the sauce on top and enjoy!
Step 6
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Reserve for burger topping.
