Ingredients

Pork Patties

lb(s) ground pork

eggs
½
tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼
cup BBQ sauce

tsp all-purpose seasoning
½
tsp Bada seasoning

Brisket Patties

2
lb(s) ground brisket
2
eggs
½
tsp Worcestershire sauce

tsp beef rub
8
slices Cheddar cheese
8
large potato buns

- 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
1
- 2 sweet onions, sliced
pickles (optional)
jalapenos (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in bowl until completely incorporated. Using hands, divide and form into eight patties. Set aside.

Step 3

Combine brisket, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and beef rub in bowl until completely incorporated. Using hands, divide and form into eight patties.

Step 4

Grill pork and brisket burgers until done—about 5-6 minutes per side. Just before removing from heat, add Cheddar cheese to brisket burgers.

Step 5

Assemble burgers with placing one brisket patty and one pork patty on each potato bun. Garnish burgers with a slice of tomato, sweet onion and lettuce.

Step 6

Cook’s note: Burgers can be served as either a single pork burger or a single brisket burger. If preparing a single pork burger, sliced or shredded Cheddar cheese can be added to top while grilling.
