to 2 ounces of gin
splash Elderflower Cordule
lemon juice
lime juice
splash club soda
lemon zest, for garnish

Step 1
Fill a glass with ice and pour gin overtop. Add Elderflower Cordule and lemon and lime juice. Top off with club soda.
Step 2
Give it a shake and garnish with lemon zest.
