The Potato Chip Quiche

This cheesy, eggy baked base is topped with ketchup chips and more shredded cheese for a comforting and easy to make dish.

Directions for: The Potato Chip Quiche


4 cups ridged potato chips

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cups heavy cream

3 eggs

1 pinch each salt and pepper

1 bag ketchup chips, crushed

2 Tbsp sour cream

1 green onion, sliced


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

2. Line an oven safe pie dish with parchment paper. Place the ridged potato chip in the dish. Sprinkle most of the cheddar cheese along the chips.

3. In a bowl combine cream, eggs, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour all over the chips in the dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cover the top with the crushed ketchup chips, and more shredded cheese. Cover with a piece of parchment, and place a cast iron frying pan on top to weigh it down. Bake for an additional 30 minutes. Top with sour cream green onion.
