Directions for: Tizza Soup


1 lb(s) potatoes, peeled and chopped

½ lb(s) zucchini, chopped

½ lb(s) carrots, peeled

1 turnip (not rutabaga)

2 leeks, trimmed and washed

2 artichoke hearts

2 small tomatoes, chopped

½ sticks celery, chopped

1 cubes chicken or vegetable stock

1 Tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper


1. Put all the vegetables in a large pot. Add the stock cube, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover, just, with water. Bring to a boil and simmer until all the vegetables are tender. Put the mixture through a food mill or blend with an immersion blender. Reheat to serve.
