Ingredients

Banana Yogurt

¾ cup (180 mL) 10% plain yogurt

1 ripe banana, sliced

⅓ cup (75 mL) sugar

2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice

Raspberry Yogurt

1 ½ cups (375 mL) fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed

½ cup (125 mL) 10% plain yogurt

⅓ cup (75 mL) sugar

Blueberry Yogurt

1 ½ cups (375 mL) fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed

½ cup (125 mL) 10% plain yogurt

⅓ cup (75 mL) sugar

Directions

Banana Yogurt

1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Set aside.

Raspberry Yogurt

1. Repeat with the raspberry and blueberry yogurt mixtures. Strain the purée through a sieve.

2. Pour the mixtures alternately into Popsicle moulds. Insert the sticks. Freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
