This recipe produces about 2 quarts (1.8 L) of ice cream.
(48-oz) carton vanilla ice cream, softened
cup semisweet chocolate chips
cup white chocolate chips
cup chopped frozen mint patty candies
cup chopped frozen creme de menthe candies, such as Andes
cup mint candy-covered chocolate candies, such as M and M's
Stir together the ice cream, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, mint patty candies, creme de menthe candies and mint candies in a large bowl until combined. Transfer to a container, cover and freeze for 4 hours.
