fluid oz. (540 mL) cans chick peas or garbanzos, rinsed and drained

pkg Knorr® Vegetable soup recipe mix

cup (125 mL) water

cup (125 mL) olive oil

Tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice

Step 1

Process garlic until finely chopped in food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours.

Stir hummus before serving. If desired, add 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 mL to 30 mL) additional olive oil. Serve with your favorite dippers.
