Directions for: Your Go-To Green Smoothie (To-Go!)


1 cup almond milk or rice milk

1 cup kale

1 banana

1 Tbsp almond butter or protein powder

¼ cup strawberries

1 Tbsp ground flax seeds


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
