On this episode of Carnival Eats, Host Noah Cappe knows Dela-where to find amazing fresh seafood, the Delaware State Fair in Harrington. Noah starts with the Shrimp Dog, succulent shrimp in a corn dog batter and feels some soul with the Crabtastic Po’ Boy, a whole deep fried soft shell crab in a sandwich. Noah will also sample a local Delaware Classic with the Apple Scrapple Burger before feed his sweet tooth with the beer battered Deep Fried Key Lime Pie. From there, Noah heads to the Arizona State Fair for the Chili Pie Burger, a carnival twist on a classic with the Deep Fried Tamale, and finishes with a massive desert dessert with the Cinnamonster.
