Balut
<p>Balut is a fertilized duck embryo that's eaten in shell. Eden describes this Vietnamese delicacy as having a 'strong eggy flavour and aroma that's part duck plus yolk.' She admits that most travelers aren't the biggest fan of this local street food, but Eden is a fan of immersing yourself in a culture and actually likes the dish. <p>One thing that Eden enjoyed about travelling in Thailand was all the delicious street food.
