First up we’re cruisin’ to Orange County, California for sizzlin’ Singaporean fusion at the Chomp Chomp truck where best-sellers include a Spicy Soft Shell Crab Sandwich with Lemongrass Vinaigrette and Japanese Sweet-Potato Chips. Next we’re curbside in Toronto, Ontario for the best barbeque in the city, at the Hogtown Smoke truck where you can get a Smoked Beef Brisket “Po’ Boy” with caramelized onion & horseradish aioli and a Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich with Root Beer Baked Beans and a cornbread doughnut. Then in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania we’re treated to mouth-watering, eclectic comfort food courtesy of the Vernalicious truck. Fan favourites include a Vietnamese Spicy Chicken Bahn Mi Sandwich with Daikon Radish and Jalapeños. And finally we pull up alongside the Purple People Eatery in Miami, Florida where two chefs are serving up a Bison Burger with truffle oil & quail’s egg and a Ceviche Salad with Octopus and Dragon Fruit.
