Then…we’re curbside in Victoria, BC for chef-driven burgers and more with the Deadbeetz truck. Custom creations include a savoury, Ribeye Steak Sandwich with housemade chimichurri sauce. And Finally…we roll to San Antonio, Texas for blazin’ Cajun ‘n Creole cuisine like a Crawfish Étouffée Pistolette, that’s Cajun Crawfish Stew served in a crispy fried roll at the Lagniappe Today truck!
