Directions for: Pork and Black Bean Chili


½ cup bacon, chopped into inch-length pieces

500 g pork loin, cubed

2 onions, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 stalk celery, diced

1 sweet pepper, chopped

1 28 oz can of tomatoes

1 ½ tsp cumin

1 Tbsp chili powder

salt and pepper to taste

2 19 oz cans of beans, rinsed


1. Put everything in the slow cooker and give it a stir.

2. Seal that baby up and set it to 6 to 8 hours on low.
