Meet Chef Michael Smith
<p>One of Canada’s best known chefs, Food Network Canada star Chef Michael Smith is also a passionate advocate for healthy home cooking. The longtime PEI resident first rose to fame in the 90s as a chef at <a href="http://innatbayfortune.com/dining/" target="_blank">The Inn at Bay Fortune</a>. He and his wife Chastity have since purchased the inn themselves, and are showcasing the unique culinary flavours of Prince Edward Island to visitors from around the world.</p> -
