Baked French Toast Pizza

3 slices Country Harvest Tomato, Red Pepper and Zucchini bread
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
¾ cup milk
2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 oz pepperoni, sliced
¼ cup roasted red peppers
2 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line the bottom of a buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish with 3 Country Harvest Tomato, Red Pepper and Zucchini bread slices, cutting to fit if required. Set aside. In separate bowl, whisk minced garlic, eggs and milk. Pour over bread. Layer with sliced mushrooms, sliced pepperoni and roasted red pepper strips. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with dried oregano and pepper. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cheese has melted and the dish is lightly brown.
2. Serve with heated tomato sauce for dipping.
