5 large candy canes, finely chopped
½ cup white chocolate chips, melted
3 fl. oz. vanilla-flavoured vodka
1 ½ fl. oz. crème de cocoa
1. On a plate spread the candy cane pieces. On a separate plate pour the melted white chocolate in a small circle.
2. Take a martini glass and dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate. Turn the glass slowly until the rim is evenly coated. Repeat the same coating through the candy cane pieces for a festive holiday glass.Repeat with second martini glass.
3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the vanilla vodka and crème de cocoa. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into the two prepared martini glasses. Enjoy right away.
