Hearty garlic flavoured meatballs with bits of pineapple courtesy of VH Sauces.

large egg

cup bread crumbs

tsp VH Soya Sauce
1
bottle VH Garlic Hoisin Sauce

Tbsp vegetable oil
½
cup pineapple tidbits, drained

Step 1
In a large bowl mix together beef, egg, 1/4 cup of VH Garlic Hoisin Sauce, bread crumbs and VH Soya Sauce.
Step 2
Heat oil in large pan and brown meatballs and red pepper over medium-high, around 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the rest of the VH® Garlic Hoisin Sauce and pineapple, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
Step 4
To incorporate some vegetables into this dish, sauté one diced red pepper along with the meatballs.
