Directions for: Minted Watermelon and Feta Salad

Ingredients

4 cup 1-inch (2.5 cm) cold cubed seedless watermelon

1 cup 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubed Krinos Feta Cheese

1 cup thinly sliced fennel

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

¼ cup chopped fresh mint

Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

1. Just before serving, in a large bowl, combine all ingredients and gently toss.

2. Serve cold with the Turkey Feta Burger for a delicious and healthy summer meal!
