pkg of flaky pie crust mix, (prepare as directed)
cup butter, melted
cup brown sugar
Tbsp pure maple syrup
tsp vanilla extract
Coconut and/or raisins
1. Preheat oven to 375F (175C)
2. Separate dough into 12 firm balls. Flatten each ball and roll out to fit in muffin tins.
3. In a small bowl combine sugar and butter; mix well. Add, milk, beaten egg, maple syrup and vanilla; stir well.
4. Place 1 tsp. of coconut or raisins in the bottom of each tart shell. Pour mixture on top of coconut to fill muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
