Periwinkles in Black Bean Sauce

4 cup periwinkles
1 cup white wine
3 Tbsp black bean sauce
3 Tbsp butter
1 little red hot chilli pepper, finely chopped
1. Cook the periwinkles for 10 minutes in boiling water.
2. Put the cooked periwinkles in a frying pan and add the black bean sauce, the white wine, and the red hot chilli pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the butter and stir, making sure the periwinkles are completely covered in sauce. Let the sauce reduce for 2 to 3 minutes.
