cup periwinkles

cup white wine

Tbsp black bean sauce

Tbsp butter

little red hot chilli pepper, finely chopped

Step 1

Cook the periwinkles for 10 minutes in boiling water.

Step 2

Put the cooked periwinkles in a frying pan and add the black bean sauce, the white wine, and the red hot chilli pepper. Bring to a boil.

Step 3

Add the butter and stir, making sure the periwinkles are completely covered in sauce. Let the sauce reduce for 2 to 3 minutes.
