Pink Archipelago

A tangy cocktail made with white rum, grenadine syrup, pink lemon juice and sugar. As the pink lemon is a new (and relatively rare) product, this recipe can be created with regular lemons (especially Eurekas, as the pink lemons are nearly identical in taste).Courtesy of Limoneira.
