g shredded cooked rock crab
julienned cucumber
pureed avocado
tobiko (flying fish roe)
crushed soda crackers
spiced mayonnaise
radish sprouts

Step 1
Spread the rice on the nori sheet, without pressing down too hard with your fingers.
Step 2
Spread the crab in a straight line on top of the rice. Top with the julienned cucumber, a bit of pureed avocado, and a heaping teaspoonful of tobiko.
Step 3
Combine the spiced mayonnaise with the crushed soda crackers and spoon some of this mixture on the nori sheet. Top with a few chives and radish sprouts. Roll the maki.
