Tbsp cabernet franc ice wine

Tbsp olive oil

large green apple, julienned

heads frisee, centre leaves separated

cabernet franc grapes, cut in ½

Tbsp chervil, leaves picked

Tbsp chives, finely chopped
Assembly
¼
cup Salt Spring Goat Cheese, room temperature
Apples, Frisee and Cabernet Franc Grapes

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Toss to combine and set aside for assembly.
Step 2
Dollop 1 tablespoon of Salt Spring Goat Cheese on each plate.
Step 3
Place equal portions of Apples, Frisee and Cabernet Franc Grapes beside Salt Spring Goat Cheese.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, serve.
