Directions for: Shuggie

Ingredients

3 strawberries

6 small/medium Thai basil leaves

1 ½ oz Gosling's dark rum

½ oz Canton ginger liqueur

¼ oz lime juice

3 oz rhubarb syrup

soda

Directions

1. In a martini shaker, add strawberries and basil and muddle.

2. Add ice, rum, ginger liqueur, lime juice and rhubarb syrup. Shake and strain into glass with ice and top with soda.

3. Garnish with fresh lime wedge and strawberry.
