head Nappa Cabbage, shredded

carrot, cut julienne

cup daikon, cut julienne

green onion, sliced

clove garlic, minced

tsp ginger root shredded

Thai red chilli, sliced thin

yellow pepper, cut julienne

Tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

cup crushed, toasted peanuts

Tbsp white sesame seeds

Tbsp black sesame seeds

oz roasted chicken breast, sliced thin

cup poached shrimp, peeled, deveined and sliced in half

Tbsp five spice powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing

cup rice wine vinegar
cup peanut oil
½
tsp sugar

Tbsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl combine all of the salad ingredients. Add the dressing and toss gently. Check seasoning and serve.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients for the dressing and stir until the sugar is dissolved, set aside.
