Thai Peanut & Cheddar Dip

1 lime, zested and juiced
2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
4 lime leaves
½ cup Black Diamond Original Cheese Spread
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon low sodium soya sauce
⅓ cup coconut milk
3 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoons Sambal Oelek (hot sauce)
1. In a food processor, puree the lime zest, lime juice, lime leaves, and ginger for about a minute.
2. Add in Black Diamond Original Cheese Spread and peanut butter and pulse for 30 seconds.
3. Add in the soya sauce, coconut milk, sugar, and sambal oelek, and mix for another 30 seconds.
4. Take out, place in serving dish, enjoy your creation.
