In this new food series, internationally acclaimed celebrity chef, Anna Olson, travels to Southeast Asia for an unforgettable culinary journey that takes her from the street-food stalls of Singapore to the high-end restaurants of Hong Kong—and many places in between. Anna discovers unique ingredients in the markets, and is taught original techniques directly by local cooks and distinguished chefs. Originally born in Atlanta, Georgia, Anna grew up in Toronto, but found her way back to the U.S. to study culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University and work in Colorado and New Orleans.
