    In tonight’s first show the first lady of British comedy, DAWN FRENCH, joins Gordon for dinner at his new restaurant. Dawn spills the beans on husband Lenny Henry, grabs a snog from Gordon and helps him launch Find Me A Fanny, his search for a new female television cook; and NATASHA KAPLINSKY is the series’ first recipe challenger, pitting her culinary savoir faire against Gordon in the F Word kitchen. 

    Dawn is one of fifty diners who will be sampling the food cooked by this week’s brigade: The Eton Boys. When they’re not hanging out in Bouji’s with Prince Harry, they’re passionate amateur chefs. Gordon doubts they’ve ever done a day’s work in their lives, but tonight they’re responsible for preparing crab spring rolls with chilli dipping sauce, loin of venison with sweet and sour peppers and profiteroles with hot chocolate sauce. In a new departure, the best-performing brigade of the series will return at the end of the run to cook at Gordon’s restaurant at Claridges, so the stakes have never been higher.

Gordon’s baby lambs are about to arrive but in a shocking development the Ramsay family have some painful lessons to learn when there’s trouble during the birth. Plus JANET STREET PORTER tempts punters at Cheltenham's Gold Cup to take a gamble on a new superfood - horsemeat.

    Back in Gordon’s garden HUGH FEARNLEY-WHITTINGSTALL warns him that the lambs will soon run out of grass, so Gordon has to hit the phone to call in favours from some celebrity friends to see if they’ll lend out their gardens for his flock.

    Plus JANET STREET PORTER investigates foie gras and challenges Gordon to remove it from his restaurant menus; Gordon turns deer stalker as he embarks on a wild deer shoot - but things don’t exactly go to plan; and the sheep are off to celeb pastures new.

    On the menu tonight: GORDON RAMSAY turns the tables on The Saviour of Radio One CHRIS MOYLES, challenging the culinary imbecile and junk food addict to cook a curry in a hurry in a Fast Food race against a delivery from his local curry takeaway. Also tonight, Gordon's lambs (named after Charlotte Church & Gavin Henson) have eaten their way through Sarah Beeny's back garden so are on the move to posher pasture at Beckingham Palace. No sooner are the flock munching on Victoria & David's grass, than Gordon decides to give them a stylish haircut to fit in. 

    This week's brigade of passionate amateurs is four North London Estate Agents who cook a three-course meal of sauteed black pudding, sage and onion rosti with soft boiled eggs, breadcrumb veal escalope with caponata and a classic tiramisu for a restaurant full of fifty paying diners.The recipes are so simple everyone can cook them at home, but will the Estate Agents' attitude stand in the way of them producing quality food and winning the chance to return to cook in the final show of this series, at Gordon's Mayfair restaurant, Claridges?

    Tonight Gordon travels to Scotland to herd wild buffalo and create the first-ever Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella. In the restaurant he puts IAN ‘Beefy’ BOTHAM’s taste buds to the test in the wine-tasting all celebrity wine-makers fear: The Cliff Richard Celebrity Wine Challenge; plus the food snob with the big gob JANET STREET PORTER challenges Gordon to take nose-to-tail eating one step further as she persuades him to sample a new superfood - blood; and we get the latest news from Beckingham Palace where Gordon’s lambs Charlotte and Gavin have been staying as guests of Posh and Becks. 

    This week's brigade of passionate amateurs is four Desperate Housewives from Nottingham who cook a mouth-watering three-course meal of broad bean risotto with scallops, pork chops served with apple and raddichio and a courgette tempura, and a delicious dessert of cherry samosas. The recipes are so simple everyone can cook them at home, but how will the brigade manage cooking fifty portions in the restaurant? Will they do better than last week’s team of Estate Agents who proved to be the worst kitchen brigade by miles?

    On tonight’s show: JONATHAN ROSS comes for dinner but soon finds himself under interrogation in the kitchen; Gordon tries to bring Britain’s most unpopular food back from the brink of extinction by turning teenagers on to tripe; The food snob with the big gob, JANET STREET PORTER, takes Bernard Matthews to task; Gordon teaches a busy mum with four young kids how to cook great fast food for the family; and SARA COX takes Gordon on in the recipe challenge with her special recipe for chilli con carne. And, after the tragic death of his young lamb Charlotte, Gordon's lamb Gavin gets a warm welcome back to the Ramsay family home and some new friends to play with. 

    Tonight’s amateur brigade is a team of tough female police officers from Lancaster, who will be cooking a delicious meal of roast pigeon with wild mushroom and asparagus salad, roast skate with beetroot and pain perdu with caramelised peaches. The recipes are so simple everyone can cook them at home but will this brigade be good enough to win the chance to return to cook in the final show of this series at Gordon's Mayfair restaurant, Claridges, or will they be found guilty of crimes against food?

And it’s war in the kitchen as this week's brigade of passionate amateurs, four ex Army Captains from the Light Dragoons, take on pea, asparagus, pancetta & goat’s cheese frittata followed by honey roast duck with green beans and a hazelnut vinaigrette and a classic baked alaska for dessert – every recipe something you can cook at home. The men have served in Iraq and Afghanistan, but can they handle the heat of Ramsay’s Kitchen and sell enough plates to return to cook next week at Gordon's Mayfair restaurant, Claridge's?

    On the menu tonight is king crab tortellini, followed by rolled leg of lamb and individual shepherd’s pies and then for dessert a delicious hot chocolate soufflé as demonstrated by the winner of Gordon’s search for a new female home cook. All the recipes are easy enough for anyone to make at home but will the amateur brigade survive the heat in one of the UK’s most famous kitchens?

Gordon kicks off his challenge to get the nation cooking Sunday lunch by tackling the real life Men Behaving Badly; takes Tana and the kids to collect the pigs he’s going to be rearing in his back garden and faces a tough recipe challenge from actress and passionate foodie Angela Griffin.

As Trinny and Susannah continue to enjoy a life of luxury in his back garden, Gordon discovers what conditions are like for some less fortunate commercially farmed pigs. Michelle Collins takes Gordon on in the recipe challenge.

    It’s national vegan week so Gordon marks the occasion with a very special and very Ramsay dish. Gordon’s children realise that a turkey is just for Christmas not for life when they buy live turkeys to rear and slaughter for Christmas dinner.

    Star of stage and screen Martine McCutcheon learns how to sharpen a knife and Gordon learns to “keep it simple, stupid” when he challenges comedian Al Murray to make the best bread and butter pudding.

    Superstar Joan Collins visits The F Word restaurant. It’s the first time the two have met since Joan was famously thrown out of Gordon’s first restaurant Aubergine seven years ago.

    Gordon’s mum Helen challenges her son with her favourite recipe for apple pudding. And there’s trouble among the turkeys in Gordon’s garden. Gary’s as sick as a parrot, so Gordon calls in expert advice.

    Gordon faces his biggest challenge yet with his ongoing campaign to get women back into the kitchen.  Gordon cooks tagliatelle and venison with chocolate: "Bambi never tasted so good."     Can food affect a man’s fertility? Currently there’s speculation about a general decline in the sperm count and whether it can be linked to diet. Gordon blames his own low sperm count on the fact that chefs are constantly exposed to high levels of heat during long hours in a kitchen environment. He enlists the help of a fertility expert and a clinical embryologist to see whether they support his theory and to advise on how men can help prevent problems with their sperm.

    Plus top model Penny Lancaster comes for dinner and tells Gordon about her very fertile relationship with Rod Stewart; their baby is due in less than three weeks. ‘We did actually freeze his sperm in case there were going to be any problems’ she reveals. ‘We were at home, you know, intimately. And then I rushed down in the Ferrari with my handbag and the little vial next to it.’

    Chat show maestro Jonathon Ross is put to the test by Gordon Ramsay in his F Word kitchen this week when he’s challenged to kill and cook lobster. ‘It’s alive, I’m not eating that!’ he says before he realises that Gordon is deadly serious and he has to dispatch several live lobsters and throw them into the pot to cook, ‘If Paul McCartney is watching this, I apologise’ ‘If you’ve got the bollocks to eat it, you should have the bollocks to kill it’ responds Gordon.

    The show also features Gary Rhodes, an amazing report about the potential benefits of horse milk and an exclusive report on which is Britain’s healthiest supermarket.

    England Coach Sven Goran Erikson’s partner Nancy Dell-Olio gives Gordon some tips on how to score this week when she visits The F Word restaurant this week. “The sexiest room in the house? It's the kitchen because the other places are too easy!”

    Nancy tells Gordon she cooks for and with Sven regularly, “I do the cooking, he helps me. We work together, we’re a team.’ The programme also includes appearances from actor Richard Wilson – best knows for his performance as Victor Meldrew – and Kim & Aggie from “How Clean Is Your House” who take Gordon on with their trifle recipe, while resident food critic Giles Coren looks into the world of detox.

    In tonight’s show wine expert Matt Skinner discusses choosing the perfect wine to go with the perfect dish and faces a tough tasting challenge from Gordon. Presenter and property expert Sarah Beeny takes on Gordon with her recipe for chocolate brownie and Big Brother’s Davina McCall talks sex and soup after sampling Gordon’s rich sumptuous haricot bean soup with tiger prawns.

    Also in tonight’s show Gordon challenges his team of three commis chefs to make a delicious vegetarian dish in half an hour; and the turkeys get a weigh-in to see if they’re fat enough for Christmas dinner.

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall pops round to give advice on the best way to slaughter the turkeys. Will Gordon be able to handle it and how will his kids say goodbye to Ainsley, Gary, Antony, Jamie, Nigella and Delia – the turkeys they’ve become so attached to?
