When visiting Shuswap Pie Company in Salmon Arm, B.C., John sampled their legendary strawberry rhubarb pie declaring it “the best pie I’ve had in my life.” He says the crust, both tender and flaky, was absolute perfection.
Another hot item from Royer’s Round Top is this sweet tart containing just about every type of berry imaginable. John loves his pies with crust on both sides, so this Junkberry is more like his Treasureberry.
Chocolate Pecan Pie with Bourbon
