mL (1 Cup) All-Bran Buds* cereal or All-Bran Original* cereal

g (1 pound) hot Italian sausages, casing removed

g (½ pound) lean ground beef

small onion, finely chopped

clove garlic

mL (2 tbsp) grated Parmesan cheese

mL (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce

mL (½ tsp) each, salt and pepper

Step 1
Process cereal in blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 2
In bowl, combine sausage meat, beef, cereal, onion, garlic, Parmesan, Worchestershire and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Form into 8 patties and grill or pan fry until meat is no longer pink, about 8 minutes per side. Serve warm on toasted buns with sliced cheese and your favourite burger toppings.
