Whip up these creative snacks as an appetizer or hors d’oeurves for your next party!

In a bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and oregano. Add cheese, tomatoes, olives and artichokes, tossing to coat; let stand for 10 minutes.
On each of 16 small skewers, thread one piece each of artichoke, salami, cheese, olive and tomato. Place skewers on a platter; drizzle with any remaining marinade.
